WELCOME TO THE

CLUB SPORTIF DE L’ESCALET ( CSE )

The CSE is a non-profit multisport association governed by the French 1901 Association Law. Any profits must be reinvested into the association’s activities. The CSE is managed by a dedicated, unpaid board composed of seven members, all of whom are residents of the estate.

The board members in 2024 are: Monique Offret (President), Philippine Ganem (Secretary), Amaury Sompairac(Treasurer), Cendrine Pélet (Deputy Treasurer), Pierre Chamberod (co-head of the tennis activity), Michel Vincent (head of the sailing activity), and Pierre Lacaze (co-head of the sailing activity).

Dominique Frémaux, a member of the ASLPDE committee in charge of relations with the CSE, attends in an advisory capacity and does not take part in voting.

The CSE offers several social and recreational areas, play spaces, and various entertainment activities:

• Welcome area at the Patio by the beach (petanque, table tennis and babyfoot)
• Welcome area at  the tennis club house (3 tennis courts/pickleball courts and one Urban tennis)
• Welcome area at the harbor (sailing school education area)

The club welcomes you at the Patio (the venue located above the beach) from July 1st to August 31st and offers members a wide range of sports activities and services, including:

• Sailing courses and private lessons (Optimist and Catamaran)
• Tennis and Pickleball courses, both private and group sessions 
• Pilates, Aquatonic and Aquagym sessions
• Yoga classes
• Petanque lessons
• Equipment available for use (kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, Catamarans, Laser)
• Access to 3 tennis courts, including 1 Pickleball/Tennis court and 1 Urban Tennis court

The spaces dedicated to CSE activities belong to the ASLPDE and are made available to the clubs through free-use agreements.

At the Patio, you will find residents’ classified ads (babysitting offers, etc.), as well as the cultural calendar and other useful information, including events organized in collaboration with the Ramatuelle Tourist Office (concerts and activities).

All activities are reserved for members who have registered for the 2026 season.

Your estate is lively and full of activity. Make the most of the CSE’s offerings in a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere within the magnificent setting of l’Escalet.

The Patio summer team, led by Morgane Thomas, a highly appreciated and long-standing member, is composed of:

• two state-certified sailing instructors responsible for managing the sailing school.
• two reception staff members who manage the lending of nautical equipment, oversee tennis activities, and answer all your questions.

This team is supported by partners:

- Isabelle Demongeot, former French No. 2 player, leads a team of independent state-certified coaches. Three renovated artificial grass courts are available to you, including Court 1, which can host four pickleball courts, as well as an Urban Tennis area with a practice wall. All homes within the Domaine de l’Escalet are entitled to a free key allowing access to the three courts.

In case of loss, a new key can be purchased for €100 at the ASLPDE office (tel: +33 (0) 04 94 52 03 82).

- Frederika Chaurand, sports coach and physical education teacher, has been offering Pilates and Aquatonic classes for more than twelve years.

- Yannick Mansoutre, aquagym coach and swimming instructor.

- Yacine/Marine and Caroline Chazel, yoga coaches.

- Christophe Fassetta, French Pétanque Champion.
